How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. We ship from multiple warehouse partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $45. For orders under $45, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unworn items in original packaging. Sale items and opened skincare products are final sale. Email support@sugarandbloom.com with your order number to start a return.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 30 days. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship your new item as soon as we receive the original back.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
Products
Are your skincare products safe for sensitive skin?
Most of our K-beauty products are gentle and fragrance-free. Each product page lists suitability — look for the "suitable for sensitive skin" note. When in doubt, patch test first.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes — every brand we carry is cruelty-free and not tested on animals.
How do I find my clothing size?
Each clothing item has a size guide on the product page. Our styles run true to size with inclusive options from S to 2X.
How do I layer the K-beauty products?
The correct order: Cleanser → Toner → Serum → Moisturizer → SPF (AM only). The Glass Skin Starter Kit is pre-matched and the easiest way to start.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are SSL secured.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@sugarandbloom.com and we'll do our best to help.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email support@sugarandbloom.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
